Booking fee is required to confirm and secure your appointment. When your appointment has been booked, you automatically accepted our Terms and Conditions listed below.
As a courtesy to us and other clients, we politely ask 24 hours notice at least if you need to cancel or change your appointment. Booking fee is non-refundable and non-rearrangeable in case of a cancellation happened less than 24 hours before you appointment.
In case of no show the full price of the missed treatment will be charged as a cancellation fee before your next appointment.
Please be aware, any treatment begun late will be shortened in consideration of the next client. After 15 minutes late, we will reschedule your appointment and you need to pay the booking fee again.
Repairs and replacements:
All clients are entitled to have 5 days free repair under normal conditions of use. After this time repairs are done according to our prices.
Children (under the age 8):
Due to health and safety regulations please do not bring your children when you come for your treatment. A salon is not the safest place for a child, as sharp objects and chemicals are in regular use. Nail technicians are unable to carry out your treatment if they also need to keep an eye on child safety.
They are valid for 12 months. We keep a record of all gift cards, so do not worry if you have lost yours.
Please bare in mind, we are unable to proceed with any nail/foot treatments if you suffer from athlete’s foot, verruca, warts or fungal infections.
All purchases are final and we are unable to exchange or refund as time and products were used.
The Right to Refuse Treatments:
Please note we reserve the right to refuse treatments; disrespect and rudeness will not be tolerated. Miss Miller’s Nail Studio reserve the right to amend Terms and Conditions as and when it is considered necessary to do so. This policy is valid until recall.
